Aruna A is the Legal Counsel – India, Board Member, and Company Secretary at Versuni India, where she is responsible for leading the company’s corporate legal affairs, compliance, litigation management, and governance. She brings 17 years of rich experience in Corporate Laws, Contracts, Litigations, compliances, and Regulatory Affairs across diverse sectors.
Before joining Versuni (formerly Philips Domestic Appliances India Ltd ), Aruna was the Head – Legal & Company Secretary at Preethi Kitchen Appliances (a Philips Wholly Owned Subsidiary). In this role, she managed the legal and secretarial functions for the organization. Her prior experience includes a significant tenure at Bharti Airtel Limited, where she served as Senior Manager – Legal & Regulatory, specializing in Litigation Management, Contract Management, Statutory Compliance of DoT/TRAI, and Regulatory Issues.
A Bachelor’s of Law and an Associate Company Secretary, Aruna also holds a Masters of Law in Intellectual Property Rights from Madras University. Passionate about organizational excellence, she is committed to ensuring robust governance and compliance to support business growth.
