Kathirvelan G is the Head of I&D, at Versuni India Home Solutions. He is a new-age technocrat dedicated to value creation and delivering consumer-centric experiences in the consumer durable sector.
His leadership is focused on both Global R&D and creating a strategic “Local for Local” R&D environment to serve the Indian market. Kathirvelan is passionate about driving sustainable and profitable growth and encourages a results-oriented environment to build a robust innovation pipeline. He believes in a consumer-centric approach, understanding market challenges, and building great teams to develop innovative products.
A veteran of the Philips/Versuni ecosystem, he has held key leadership positions since 1999, including R&D Director and various roles in R&D Program Management and Consumer Service & Quality across different consumer electronics and domestic appliance categories. Kathirvelan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
