Siddharth Nair is the CHRO at Versuni India, where he leads the Human Resources function and is on a mission to turn houses into homes through the company’s iconic brands, Philips & Preethi.
With over a decade and a half dedicated to building effective people systems, processes, and strategies. His comprehensive expertise spans all critical areas of HR, including People Strategy, Talent, Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Diversity & Inclusion. Before joining Versuni, Siddharth led multiple people operations roles across leading companies like ReNew, Compass Group India and KPMG.
Siddharth holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He also holds a B-Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Kerala, and began his career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd.
