Piyush Kalra is the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Versuni India (formerly Philips Domestic Appliances), where he leads the company’s finance function and strategic transformation agenda. With over 15 years of experience across leading FMCG and consumer durables organizations, Piyush has been instrumental in driving financial discipline, operational excellence, and scalable growth across diverse markets.
Before joining Versuni, Piyush served as Group CFO at The Good Glamm Group, where he built the finance organization from the ground up, supported international expansion, and strengthened financial governance across multiple entities. His prior experience at Reckitt saw him managing large P&Ls, leading business transformation projects, and steering strategic productivity initiatives across the South Asia region.
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Piyush also holds an executive leadership credential from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
